Use Case Overview
Trilogy 1 Consulting designed and built the AI Opportunity Audit using Emergent’s vibe coding platform. The app helps business owners understand what is happening within their operations, identify waste, and highlight areas where custom or ready-made AI solutions can be implemented quickly. The tool supports the company’s transformation into an AI-centered consultancy, complementing its audit, implementation, and optimization service model.
Challenges
Before the emergence of platforms like Emergent with its vibe coding agents, a visionary founder like Christian, who described himself as having “non-stop ideas,” would have needed large teams, significant budgets, and long timelines to build software products. Even with those resources, the end result often fell short, and development teams could be unreliable.
