How E-3 works
E-3 is an orchestrator. Under the hood it drives E-1, Emergent's core builder agent, as a sub-agent, coordinating planning, building, testing, and fixing across a much longer horizon than a single E-1 session could handle. Before it starts, E-3 opens a brainstorm conversation to lock down the decisions that would otherwise stall the build midway, then works through the plan. It can also build a full-stack web app and a mobile app in parallel within one repository.
