From the Treatment Line to the Front Desk
A spa landing page sells one treatment and takes the request for it. Emergent builds each part below from your prompt.
The treatment, its length, and its price
Name the treatment, how long it runs, and what it costs, and Emergent builds the page around it. Change the price by prompt, and the headline and the form show the new number.
A short form, saved as rows
Every request lands as a row in a database you own, with the date the guest wants and each answer they gave. The front desk books from that table instead of a voicemail list.
An email to the person who books it
When a request arrives, the app emails the person who books it, such as the front desk lead, with every answer in the message. A Slack alert to a manager works the same way.
Spots left, counted as people book
The page counts bookings against the cap you set for each session and shows the spots left as they change. At the cap, the session shows Full and takes no more bookings.
Your booking software, connected
Booking software with an API can sit behind the page, and the app sends each request into it and reads open times back. Name the tool in your prompt, and Emergent writes the link.
Code on GitHub, or a page on your domain
On paid plans, export the page and its request table to your GitHub repository. Or keep it hosted on Emergent under your spa's domain; custom domains are included and use credits.
Spa Landing Page Examples by Type of Spa
Firm for one guest, light for the other, in one request
Nettlebed Day Spa sells a 90-minute couples massage for $310. The form asks for a name, a phone number, a date, a time of day, and each guest's pressure: light, medium, or firm. Mara Kessington asked for Saturday afternoon, firm for her and light for Dev. Elowen Pratt at the front desk got the request by email.

Send any inquiry for 30 or more employees to my events manager, Ruairi Dunmore, as a Slack direct message with the company and the headcount." };
When checkout is within 24 hours, the request goes first
Hotel guests at Halcyon Cove Resort Spa request treatments from their phones. Each guest gives a name, a room number, a checkout date, and a treatment. A guest checking out within 24 hours is marked Before checkout and goes to the top of Juhani Esterly's list. Of today's 9 requests, 4 carry that mark.
No more bookings once a session reaches 24 guests
Saturdays at Ironleaf Bathhouse run as 4 soaking sessions, each 2 hours long with room for 24 guests. Guests book with a name and an email, and the page shows the spots left as bookings come in. A session that reaches 24 is marked Full and closes. By Friday, 82 of the 96 Saturday spots were booked.
Any headcount from 30 up goes to the events manager
Offices book Kiln Street Spa for chair massage days. Its corporate page asks for the company, the headcount, a preferred date, and a contact email. An inquiry for 30 or more employees reaches events manager Ruairi Dunmore as a Slack direct message. Pellham Freight asked for 45 employees on March 12.
How to Build a Spa Landing Page
Seven steps to a spa landing page that sells one treatment and gets every request answered, then build it with Emergent.
Choose a single treatment or package, such as a 60-minute deep tissue massage, and the guest it suits. Link the page from the ad or post that names that treatment. Keep the full service menu on your website, one click away.
Name the treatment in the headline and give its minutes and price beside it. A line such as "60-minute deep tissue massage, $135" states both before anyone scrolls. Add one sentence on who performs it.
List the answers your front desk needs before it can confirm a visit, then cut every other field. Contact details and a preferred day are enough for a first request. Ask about preferences, such as pressure, only where they change the booking.
Use photos taken in your own treatment rooms and lounge, and name the therapists who work there. Leave stock photos of other spas out. Put the photos beside the price, not in a gallery at the bottom.
Decide who books from the page and who takes group inquiries. Route each request to that person by email or Slack, answers included. Set a call-back target, such as within 2 hours.
Email each booked guest a reminder the day before the visit, with the arrival time, the address, and anything to bring, such as a swimsuit for the sauna. Add a line on how to reschedule. The app sends it from the booking row the desk confirmed.
Add utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign to every link that points at the page; Google Analytics says to use all three whenever you add parameters to a URL. Save the campaign on each request row, and compare requests by campaign at the end of each month.
